Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 92JL account instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. 92JL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the 92JL platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed to you prior to the completion of the transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction. 92JL reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the 92JL platform and will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 92JL may require you to complete identity verification in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification documents have been received and approved.
92JL aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. 92JL is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and will be displayed within the 92JL platform at the time of your withdrawal request. 92JL reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
92JL reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of a withdrawal where: (a) the player has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) the withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement; or (d) the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.
92JL may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
92JL strictly prohibits the abuse of bonus offers. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. 92JL reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is detected.
92JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.
All games offered on the 92JL platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated in favor of 92JL or any player.
Each game available on 92JL has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term average payout rate. If you are disconnected from the 92JL platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. 92JL is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92JL platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 92JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 92JL platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
92JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 92JL account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 92JL's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
92JL collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 92JL platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
92JL implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 92JL cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
92JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92JL will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the 92JL platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
You may close your 92JL account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
92JL reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 92JL is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) 92JL reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) 92JL decides to discontinue the platform or any part of its services.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 92JL reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and accrued rewards. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 92JL platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
